Combining concepts of striking and grappling, the goal of the mixed martial artist is to be a complete fighter. Designed for beginners and taught by experienced MMA fighters, this class will help the student combine the elements of kickboxing, wrestling and jiu-­jitsu learned in other classes into one complete skill-­set. With a heavy emphasis on wrestling, concepts of striking into takedowns, ground­-and-­pound and proper defence and control are covered.
